Cancellation Policy
Our policy states that 24 hour notice of a cancellation is required. If you do not show up to your appointment you will incur a $50 fee on your next appointment.

New clients are required to leave a deposit when making an appointment. $25 for a haircut and $50 for services requiring more than an hour. This will be deducted from the bill at time of service.

We make considerable effort to ensure your appointment time belongs only to you.  No Show appointments cause costly down time in the salon.  Please have consideration to keep your appointment, or to call and cancel in a timely manner.

Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to provide you with your full service.

Pricing:
Prices may vary depending on stylist, length of hair, desired objective, hair texture, grey coverage, fullness or condition of hair.

Service Promise:
We want to guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know within 7 days so that we may schedule a follow up appointment.

Payment Methods:
We accept MasterCard, Visa American Express, cash and travelers checks.

Comments/Question/Suggestions:
Please do not hesitate to provide us with your feedback! It guarantees your satisfaction and our continued improvement.

Missed Appointments
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Children Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you do not bring children if they are not receiving a service. If you are unable to make other arrangements we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Returned Checks
Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
